This policy explains your rights and our procedures for refunds and cancellations. Eligibility – Items must be unused and in original condition. – Custom products may only be returned if defective or incorrect. – To request a refund or cancellation, contact us within 14 days of delivery or order date. How to Request – Email azyaatradings1@gmail.com with your order number and reason. – For cancellations before shipping, notify us as soon as possible. Processing Timeline – Cancellation confirmation: within 1 business day. – Refunds issued within 7–10 business days after approval. – Funds returned via original payment method. Exceptions – Shipping fees are non-refundable. – Express delivery charges non-refundable if service has been used. – Defective items: we will cover return shipping and re-shipment or full refund.
